Downtowner Boutique Hotel Las Vegas

Loved my very pleasant stay for night. Got brand-new, non-smoking with the TV would n't even come on and the bathroom, as example.

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a pretty nice area, just off the bar and restaurants downtown and the Fremont Experience, the Downtowner. We were greeted by superbly friendly, accommodating staff. Central location of this budget venue was a bonus. Also, an open-air shopping mall was located in the immediate surroundings. Loved our fairly nice stay for night.

It is contemporary place to stay, the food is good, and location is ideal close to cool downtown attractions. The rooms are non-smoking and brand-new and complete with TV and the bedroom, as example.

The room was brand-new with out amenities and the staff was helpful. This was a very good stay for night, great prices.

Everything is fine, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Location just next door to sdx buses and downtown and Downtown centre.

Amazing pool area, great breakfast. I was given tasteful and compact room, just how I expected it to be. Workers were very helpful, setting is in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown. And also there was western, only 900 feet from the venue. Friendly check-in, simple check-out. I loved it.

The hotel was fancy & well priced. Cozy and warm room, very awesome staff. Unbelievable location, spectacular services and quiet bed. Plus, the venue was a few steps away from a shopping mall. Hotel's restaurant was amazing and with COLD food. Lovely garden and brilliant pool.

The breakfast was rich, the staff was exceptionally warm, the grounds were spotlessly clean.

The staff was best, comfortable location, had a hot breakfast. The queen room was a decent size, had microwave, coffee and balcony. I enjoyed square view, large bed. Modern reception.

Great beds, suitable rooms and the best location. I got free upgrade and liked it. Early check in and late check out. Plus their wifi was complimentary.

Great place for exploring Las Vegas. Such so polite staff. The bed was perfect, the room was 10/10 and updated. Generally the service was helpful. Found in a very secure area. And it was nearby a bus stop;)))

Disappointing aspect was old bathroom. Communication was challenging, wi-fi was very poor. Tbh, there was an cockroach.

I loved that the hotel was whole new and fairly clean. The property was set in a local area. Plus I reached gaming in 15 minutes by foot. I booked a room with a cozy bed, microwave and climate control.
